Q: Does Bobtail Pets sell any animals?
A: It takes time and care to look after and breed animals - and as an online pet suppliers outlet, we only deal in products and accessories. Should you be looking to give a loving home to a new pet, we ask you source your animals from a reputable breeder. If you wish to contact us for a list of reputable breeders, please do so via our contact us page.
Q: What should I do if a product is out of stock?
A: If a product is out of stock, it may just be that we are waiting for new stock to arrive. If you would like to contact us we may be able to offer an estimation of how long it will be before we have them in stock. Please feel free to use the contact us form to let us know you are waiting for a product to become available.
Q: I require further information about a product, what should I do?
A: We are happy to help. Should you have any questions please feel free to phone, or alternatively you may wish to email your enquiry to us.
Q: What should I do if I cannot find a product i'm after?
A: If there is a particular product that you are looking for, but cannot find it on BobtailPets.co.uk, please contact us in all circumstances as it will probably just be the case that we have not added the product to our current catalogue. We will help you find the product and give you a competative quote.
Q: What is Bobtail Pets' dispatch time?
A: After receiving your order, we endeavour to package and arrange shipping within 3-5 working days.
Q: When should I expect my product(s) to arrive?
A: We dispatch within 5-7 working days, and delivery thereafter usually takes 3-5 working days. For further information please see our delivery page. If your order has not arrived after 14 days since the date of your expected dispatch (normally 8 working days from placing your order) then please contac us. 14 days is the first oppertunity our couriers including Royal Mail will give us to contact them about missing or late parcels. We can be contacted via e-mail or feel free to leave us an answerphone message. At this time we do not offer telephone support due to us deliverying in the Local area (Manchester) and thus being out on the road.
Q: What happens if the product delivered isn't the one I ordered?
A: It is sometimes necessary to substitute a product for a similar product (always of equal or higher value) either from a different manufacturer, or a different colour. If you are not entirely happy with the substituted product, or if there are any other problems with the products you receive, they can be sent back for a full refund.
Q: What happens if the product I received is damaged?
A: We take every effort to package your order in a safe and protective manner. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, then simply return the damaged product with all original packaging for a replacement. This should be notified to us via phone or our contact us page within two days of receiving your order.
